Discover Qigong
Your Path to Balance
Discover the gentle power of Qigong (pronounced chee-gung), an ancient Chinese mind-body-breath practice. If you are looking for a simple, preventative way to boost your health and calm your mind, you are in the perfect place.
What is Qigong?
In Chinese, Qi means energy and Gong means work or control. Qigong literally means "working with your life-force energy." Traditionally, this practice connects three unique disciplines:
- Medical: Long-term preventative health.
- Martial: Foundational precursor to Tai Chi.
- Spiritual: Living in harmony with nature.
Note: You may also see it spelled as Chi Gong or Chi Kung.
Core Elements of Practice
Every session smoothly integrates three foundational pillars designed to work together:
- Breathing practices: Moves stagnant energy.
- Mindful movement: Releases physical tension.
- Meditative practices: Calms your body and mind.
